April 24th - May 2nd, 2027

Tracing the Christian story through England and Scotland, you’ll journey through landscapes where faith has been lived quietly, contested boldly, and carried faithfully across centuries. From the public worship and prayer that shaped a nation in London, to the rural villages of the Cotswolds where faith was practiced in ordinary, daily rhythms, this Journey invites you into a slower way of seeing. Along ancient roads, coastal edges, and historic cities, you’ll discover how Christianity in Britain was formed not only in great moments and movements, but in patient endurance, imagination, and hope. These places do more than tell the story of Christian faith... they create space to listen, reflect, & be renewed.
Join us for a week-long journey across England and Scotland with a small group of Christians.

Christianity in England and Scotland has always been about faith lived in context, not just theology, but practice, courage, and attention to God in everyday life. When we walk through historic cities, quiet villages, or coastal edges, we are reminded that faith is not only expressed in grand cathedrals or famous leaders, but in ordinary lives shaped by prayer, integrity, and service.
Each participant will be given a prayer guide with pre-written prayers and Scriptures relevant to the theme of the day. We will recite these prayers together at morning, midday, and evening to ground our experience in prayer and Scripture. Each prayer time will last about 5-15 minutes.
For this Journey, we charter a private mini bus. The bus can comfortably seat everyone. There is no bathroom on board. There is a large trunk for each person's luggage, plus overhead storage for backpacks and personal items. View Photos
Breakfasts and coffee/tea are included at all our hotels. We will purchase simple lunches for the groups to enjoy often as a picnic. Dinners will be together at restaurants. Our budget will have room for everyone to enjoy appetizers, entrees, desserts and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage each dinner.
This journey is designed with gentle, accessible pacing for all participants. You will rarely walk more than a few minutes at a time, and most sites are easily reached from the bus with minimal uphill or uneven terrain. You can fully participate in worship, reflection, and storytelling without enduring long walks or strenuous hikes. Rest is built into every day, and the bus is always available to support you.
There will be times when the group is encouraged to do silent reflection at a holy site.
Bigger cities (London) have opportunities for shopping & exploring. Smaller towns are more remote with less options. Free time will happen daily.
While it is hard to predict exactly, we recommend bringing layers and at least some waterproof gear in case the weather is wet. Expect temps in the 50's/60's.
The Journey will officially end on Sunday, April 25th in Edinburgh. Perhaps you want to keep going to see more of Scotland. Clark Co. Travel will be offering a self guided extended package for those wishing to see more of the UK afterwards. Please alert Connor if you are interested in this add-on.
